Software Tester Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled software tester to contribute to improving product quality and reliability across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and backend software applications, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies through to resolution, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure smooth testing cycles, promoting effective communication.
  • Participate in Agile team meetings, providing feedback on progress and quality issues, driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
  • Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks, with hands-on experience in testing tools or bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
