Job Title

Head of Product - RuPay Card Services

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to drive growth and revenue for our business. This includes driving innovation through strategic partnerships, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.

About the Role
  • This leadership role will oversee the development and launch of new credit, debit, and prepaid card products across various segments, including retail, commercial, and business.
  • You will lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers in creating innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the product strategy for RuPay, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
  4. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager is essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
