Role Overview:

  • We seek an accomplished Backend Developer (4–7 years) who can architect, optimize, and scale backend systems for data-heavy AI applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design high-performance backend systems using microservices architecture.
  2. Develop RESTful APIs & WebSocket services to facilitate seamless communication.
  3. Implement robust data flows and storage schemas utilizing MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
  4. Deploy and manage containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53).
  5. Evaluate and adopt modern backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Kubernetes, etc.).
  6. Collaborate closely with Co-Founders and CTO to translate vision into scalable technology solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Backend development with strong expertise in Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS EC2, ALB, S3, and Route 53.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
