
Senior Fraud Operations Manager

As a Fraud Operations Senior Supervisor, you will lead and develop a medium-sized team of fraud agents, ensuring they consistently meet performance metrics and provide effective customer service while making proper risk assessments for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of fraud agents to deliver high-quality results and minimize fraud loss.
- Manage department projects, processes, and analyze changes in fraud trends, call volumes, and provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information.
- Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to resolve issues and minimize fraud loss.
- Develop leaders and their skill set through guidance and mentorship, and provide growth opportunities for the team.
- Evaluate team performance and make recommendations for staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
You will be responsible for creating and executing realistic action steps and timelines for the team, with a strict attention to details and performance. You will also drive organizational change through innovation and process improvement, eliminating friction points for the team.
Additionally, you will achieve team performance excellence to ensure high-quality and high-volume productivity, recruit, hire, and build a team of highly productive candidates through coaching, collaboration, and motivation of staff.
This role requires strong communication and diplomacy skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
To succeed in this position, you should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a fraud operations or leadership role, proficiency in project and performance management, effective written and verbal communication, influencing and relationship management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
