About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our indirect channel sales efforts. As an Indirect Channel Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth through our distributor network.
">Main Responsibilities
">- ">
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales through our indirect channels, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring consistent and uniform approaches across all territories.">
- Define and manage distributor requirements, responsibilities, and duties, sharing information and educating partners as needed.">
- Search for and select new channel partners in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.">
- Set annual targets and prepare joint business plans with partners.">
- Maintain contract management processes, ensuring timely completion and escalating deviations from standards when necessary.">
- Ensure effective onboarding and termination of partners, as well as planning and execution of partner performance reviews.">
- Monitor partner performance, highlighting gross deviations from targets and providing corrective actions as needed.">
- Foster continuous improvements through Lean methodologies and provide operational support to partners as required.">
- Develop and implement partner capability development plans, reporting progress and establishing training programs for local teams.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Minimum 10+ years of experience post-bachelor's degree, preferably in sales or a related field.">
- Demonstrated success in achieving OIT and sales indirect targets.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.">
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus.">
- Possesses excellent leadership competencies and Philips Leadership behaviors.">
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.">
Our Culture
">We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations.
