We're seeking a seasoned expert to craft and execute personalized customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of Braze capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create multi-channel campaigns using Braze, encompassing Email, Push, In-App, and SMS.
  • Develop dynamic content leveraging Liquid templating.
  • BUILD canvas flows for customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Design responsive HTML emails.
  • Conduct A/B testing to drive engagement and optimize results.
  • Define user segments based on behavioral and demographic data.
  • Configure UTM tracking and ensure accurate performance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to delivery, rendering, or logic errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working within the Braze platform.
  • Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with dynamic content blocks and Liquid scripting.
  • Deep understanding of database structures and exception handling in dynamic personalization.
  • Experience in journey-building within Braze.
  • Attention to detail for quality assurance and campaign audits.
