Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Writing and creating customized emails
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Data collection, sorting, and quality control
  • Meeting minutes and follow-ups
  • Regular client communication

Requirements:

  • Prior internship experience (2-3 months) in sales/business development/client relations/post sales
  • Knowledge of B2B Saas industry
  • Availability to dedicate 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with various tools and data collection methods

Desirable Skills:

  • Customer relationship management experience
