The role of a Project Coordinator entails overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified parameters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing project timelines
  • Monitoring progress against deliverables
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Providing guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Project Coordinators will also be responsible for leading and managing MEP activities across multiple projects. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.

Other key tasks include:

  • Oversight of procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services

  • Presentation of project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Management of project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools is also essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role, as well as knowledge of green building practices and energy codes.
