At the forefront of innovation, we seek a talented Trainee - Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee, you will embark on an exciting 2-year journey of growth and development, where you will contribute to various aspects of product development and gain hands-on experience in mechanical design.

About the Role:

  • The Trainee will support project tasks and learn various aspects of the product development process.
  • You will be responsible for designing chassis aggregates, including Chassis frame, chassis cross members, casing parts, and chassis attachment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and development partners to identify solutions and align requirements.
  • Participate in technical reviews of assigned tasks and enhance your practical knowledge through various processes and methods.
  • Learn and understand organizational quality processes through agile methodologies.
  • Engage in training and skill development workshops and seminars to expand your expertise.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with local and global team members on project tasks.
  • Compile and present reports on assigned mini-project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of CATIA V5 software.
  • Basic understanding of Machine Design, Strength of Materials, and Material Theory.
  • Experience with projects related to the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with various mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and automotive materials.
  • A good understanding of automotive aggregates and systems.
  • Bonus point for German language skills (not mandatory).
