Electronics Design Leader

We're seeking an experienced electronics design leader to spearhead the development of high-voltage systems, mixed-signal technologies, and FPGA components for cutting-edge instruments.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a founding team that will shape the architecture and culture of a home-grown semiconductor-equipment ecosystem.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for delivering the electronics that make the instrument feel instant and synchronized. This includes:

  • Designing the timing and synchronization backbone so optics, detectors, motion, and software operate in lockstep.
  • Building mixed-signal boards: beam control drivers, detector front-ends, data-acquisition, and robust control I/O.
  • Ensuring clean, stable power and grounding/shielding for quiet images and strong EMC behavior.
  • Providing diagnostics, fixtures, and logs so issues are obvious and field-debuggable.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A track record of shipping mixed-signal/FPGA systems in instruments, vision, or semiconductor/robotics gear.
  • Strong bench skills with scopes, analyzers, and bring-up; pragmatic about testability and manufacturability.
  • Collaborative and documentation-minded approach.

  • Stable, low-noise performance visible in images and analytics.
  • Lossless capture during long runs and lean EMC pre-checks.
