Key Responsibilities:

  • Define user experiences using strategic thinking and systems-level design.
  • Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals when designing for multiple platforms.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists.
  • Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches to polished UI and micro-interactions.
  • Define and evangelise design principles, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency.

Necessary Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with part of that in consumer or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and systems thinking.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and how they can transform healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
