Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscapes. They will be responsible for driving the design and evolution of AI-led technology and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions for payers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Value-Based Care (VBC) models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
