Job Role

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in social media management and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading social media strategies, managing client interactions, and driving campaign success.

  • Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Lead the development of digital and social media strategies to drive impactful results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, including the ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • A passion for social media, marketing, and brand-building.
