Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough manual testing across web, API, and backend services to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure that requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.
  • Utilize Postman and other testing tools to execute API testing and validate backend data using SQL queries.
  • Support testing across Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud environments and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Manual testing expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Java knowledge for understanding code and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, GCP.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology and collaborative team environments.
