We are inviting applications for a role in our Finance Operations pillar, where you will be part of a team responsible for executing day-to-day operations for our clients.

As a Process Developer, Accounts Payable Associate, you will ensure vendors are paid within contractual terms, invoices are processed accurately and paid with appropriate approvals and support. You will also lead all aspects of the travel and expense and corporate card program to ensure that reimbursements comply with company policy, are paid timely and processed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review invoices and check requests
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Adhere to Internal controls
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Transactional Processing for Purchase order and Non- Purchase order backed invoices

You must have very attention to detail and self-discipline, possessing the ability to identify connections/relationships in data or sophisticated scenarios.

Qualifications:
  • College degree with a major in Finance (B.Com) or Accounting is preferred
  • Candidates should have related experience but highly qualified candidates without experience could be considered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality, displays a willingness to challenge the status quo leading to the creation and implementation of excellent processes
