**SAP SCM Leadership Opportunity**

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Practice Manager to lead and drive our SAP Supply Chain Management practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM consulting/project management, with a proven track record of leading teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a team of SAP professionals, and fostering relationships with clients to transform their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Oversee SAP practice operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects
  2. SAP Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a team of SAP consultants and specialists
  3. Strategy and Development: Develop and implement practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  4. Client Engagement and Delivery: Evaluate customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery
  5. Business Development: Support sales teams in pre-sales activities
  6. Financial Management: Manage the SAP practice budget, including forecasting, allocation, and utilization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in SAP MM consulting/project management or consulting, with a track record of leading teams of at least 10 persons
  • Deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions, including recent trends and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based at Bangalore with flexibility for remote work
  • Ongoing travel to client sites and industry events
