Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating detailed engineering plans for land development based on their technical expertise and research conducted.

Location: Ahmedabad, Junagadh, Gir, Veraval Somnath

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantity
  • Conduct thorough project estimates
  • Develop tender documents and specifications based on drawings
  • Closely monitor work onsite as per drawings
  • Check site progress physically and financially
  • Evaluate quality of materials and workmanship
  • Daily reporting and communication with clients and site engineers
  • Verify drawings with architecture and other technical aspects
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in a related company
  • Freshers can also apply

Requirements:

  • Will to undertake site visits
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and English
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Necessary possession of a 2-wheeler
