Global Healthcare Leader Opportunity

Leads a global healthcare organization as a key member of their leadership team, working with a multinational company that has a presence in over 30 countries worldwide.

A leading global healthcare company focused on providing lifesaving medicines and technologies. The organization has manufacturing footprints and R&D centers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures the operational excellence of plant operations, including resources, P&L, manpower development, production efficiency, and capability building.
  • Has full financial responsibility for the manufacturing process, from raw material receipt to final product delivery.
  • Evaluates quality standards in key processes such as purchase, logistics, planning, and stores.
  • Reviews and approves negotiated prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
  • Coordinates timely dispatch of products as per orders.
  • Develops business plans, implements policies, EMS, and OHS planning.
  • Establishes objectives and undertakes management reviews.
  • Initiates people development initiatives and builds in-house capabilities for employees.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Pharmacy or MBA in Operations/Production.
  • 15-20 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing, with at least 5 years of Site/Plant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading multiple plant teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
