Required experience includes:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in solution architecture design
  • TOGAF Certified
  • Expertise in SAP, Oracle, and IBM systems
  • Strong understanding of business process decomposition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring development teams
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Utilities or Oil & Gas Industry experience would be advantageous
