Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels. They will build client and domain knowledge to deliver resolution in the first conversation, adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats, and email conversations.
