Job Description:

As a seasoned ServiceNow Architect, you will design and implement scalable solutions on the platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while delivering business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key responsibilities include designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices, providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, and conducting code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders are essential.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions is necessary.
  • Effective collaboration skills experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams are required.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation is necessary.
  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or a degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
