Job Role

The Performance Testing Specialist ensures software systems perform optimally under various load conditions.

This role involves designing and executing performance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement performance test plans and strategies
    • Execute load tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter
  • Analysis & Optimization :
    • Monitor system performance and analyze test results to identify inefficiencies
    • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Tooling & Frameworks:
    • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks
    • Utilize performance monitoring tools
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met
