
Real Estate Sales Closure Director

Primary Function:
The Key Account Closure Specialist oversees client engagement and serves as the final point of contact in the sales process. This individual will engage with high-intent leads, conduct project walkthroughs, handle negotiations, and ensure deal closure with proper documentation.
Essential Activities:
- Collaborate with clients and brokers to facilitate closure of referred clients.
- Engage with direct walk-ins and sourced leads at the project site.
- Present the project, unique selling points, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and market landscapes.
- Document and Book Processes - Prepare cost sheets, booking forms, and collect necessary KYC documents.
- C coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution of bookings.
- Reporting and Collaboration - Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to the Site Head/Manager.
- Regularly train the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates.
Required Competencies:
- Previous experience in commercial and residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure.
- Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced sales environment for a managerial position.
