Job Title: Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) data migration.

Role Overview:

This role involves planning, executing, and validating complex data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce using advanced ETL tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, or Client Boomi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map, cleanse, transform, and load data while ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to handle large data volumes (LDV) in Salesforce, including performance tuning for migrations.
  • Design and implement data masking and anonymization techniques for sandbox refreshes.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce data migration, with 2+ years in Field Service Lightning projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of the FSL data model and relationships between Work Orders, Service Appointments, Technicians, Territories, and Scheduling rules.
  3. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and data load best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator or FSL Consultant certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
