About the Role:- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
- Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Design user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps to guide the overall structure of the product.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concepts and design solutions.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement. Analyze testing results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, is required. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices is also necessary.
