Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, recruiting, performance management, training, and payroll. The specialist will also work closely with the management team to develop recruitment strategies for candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to understand staffing needs and organizational culture.
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's /master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Practical problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.

Important Details:

  • We do not offer work from home, as we promote work from the office and a healthy environment for the team at the office.
  • The Job location is Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
  • The timings are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • We Don't Work on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
