Job Summary

F337 Deutsche India Private Limited, Pune Branch is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for delivering AEM features and Internet enabling applications with inbuilt security from the AEM/Java layer to the browser layer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AEM features and Internet enabling applications.
  • Work directly with key IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and provide out of the box solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, in line with a high-quality client experience.
  • Develop, deploy integrations specific to AEM/CQ5 skills to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing with the team on needs and complete ownership on the task assigned to the user.
  • Triage production issues, coordinate with respective dependent teams, and resolve issues on time and with adequate quality.

Requirements

  • Expertise in AEM6+ and hands-on development experience - Min 7+ years.
  • Strong knowledge on JavaScript, JavaScript framework like jQuery.
  • High analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Very good knowledge on Java, J2EE, Servlet.
  • Good knowledge of Dispatcher and other security implementations.
  • Pro-activity: being able to create good insights in business objectives and anticipating solutions/pro-actively liaise with business stakeholders to discuss the best fit 'technically possible versus business needs.
  • Should have knowledge on project building tools like Maven, Exposure to performance tuning of CQ5 applications.
  • Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage).
  • Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams.
  • Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams with functional stakeholders of various levels.
  • Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges experience.
  • Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently.
  • Professional level of English.
