Job Opportunity:

Fundraising and Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our fundraising and partnerships efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft and execute a comprehensive 2-3 year fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives and timely execution of key priorities.
  2. Develop and manage annual fundraising targets, establish operational KPIs, and provide transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  3. Promote the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management.
  4. Nurture a robust pipeline of 50+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers.
  5. Represent the organization at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms to expand reach and reputation.

The successful candidate will be a strategic executor who can build a compelling vision deck and navigate complex donor conversations. They will also be able to distill complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
