We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion modules for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, lead solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to define systems strategy and document business requirements.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Manage multiple task assignments and work independently.
  • Develop and deliver presentations using Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, SLA, and FA.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
