Job Overview:

As a seasoned finance professional, the Senior Consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPBCS to enhance business processes and streamline financial management. This individual will collaborate closely with clients to design end-to-end solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle EPBCS Implementation: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle EPBCS implementation, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client requirements.
  • Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. Translate business requirements into system configurations within Oracle EPBCS.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure Oracle EPBCS modules (e.g., planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting) according to client specifications. Customize reports, data models, and workflows to cater to specific business needs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Integration with Oracle and Third-party Systems: Design and implement integrations between Oracle EPBCS and other Oracle modules or third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate configurations, ensuring all processes function correctly and meet business requirements. Support the deployment of solutions and oversee transition to production.
  • End-User Training & Support: Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, empowering them to utilize Oracle EPBCS efficiently. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed technical and functional documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes. Maintain accurate records of all configurations and implementations.
