Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Government Grant Specialist role.

This position combines driving brand visibility through impactful award submissions with identifying and leveraging government policies, schemes, and certifications that align with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent research, writing, and documentation skills, as well as a proven ability to craft compelling award entries, sponsorship pitches, or government grant applications.

  • Awards & Sponsorships
  • Craft persuasive award entries backed by strong factual data to maximize winning potential.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure relevant sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and business goals.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch decks for potential partners.
  • Negotiate and manage end-to-end sponsorship agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with award committees, event organizers, and industry associations.
  • Track submission deadlines and deliverables for awards and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather case studies, metrics, and insights that support award nominations and pitches.
  • Government Policy & Schemes
  • Research and track government policies, grants, certifications, and incentive schemes relevant to our sector.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration or support from government bodies and public institutions.
  • Draft and submit applications for government certifications, schemes, regulatory approvals, or policy-driven initiatives.
  • Liaise with regulatory and policy stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with government requirements.
  • Prepare briefing notes, internal reports, and documentation to inform decision-makers and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in a related field, holding a degree in Law, Communications, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related area. Strong research, writing, and documentation skills with attention to detail are essential.
