Job Title:

A seasoned Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation, debt documentation, and co-lending structures is required to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and providing legal support accordingly
  • Liaising with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions
  • Ensuring all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines
  • Supporting due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
