About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating SAP projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update SAP Cloud ALM to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with project managers to set up and manage key program management meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a closed network schedule, including resource and budget coordination.
  • Monitor program reporting and ensure clear, accurate status reporting for governance meetings.
  • Work with workstream leads to ensure an integrated plan is in place, with critical path highlighted.
  • Deliver PMO tasks to support projects, including PERT, risk and opportunity management, project control, training, and coaching.
  • Track internal and external milestones and events, identifying deliverables and contents for project rescheduling as necessary.
  • Provide metrics and analyses to project managers to aid effective project management.
  • Perform various analyses, calculations, and cost consolidations, including EAC validation, earned value management, SPI/CPI, and KPIs.
  • Assign available employees to projects based on skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
  • Capacity planning to ensure resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects.
  • Monitor and manage employee workload, utilization, and overtime hours.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to PMO guidelines, document KPIs, and support change control processes.
  • Manage resource conflicts and overcome resource shortages through resource management techniques.
