Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windchill System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Windchill PLM system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. This includes performing system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed, configuring and customizing Windchill according to business requirements, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings, providing technical support and training to end-users, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues promptly. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems, develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures, and implement best practices for data management and system security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles.
  • Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
