We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the finance function across the account, providing strategic financial guidance and support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide business partner support to stakeholders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare quarterly outlook reports highlighting key metrics and risk areas.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying key stakeholders and analyzing their needs and expectations.
  • Providing strategic solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Leveraging technology to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
