About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and professional Proctored Exam Assistant to ensure a smooth and secure examination experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate exam systems according to room-wise plans before candidate entry.
• Maintain and prepare exam materials, attendance sheets, pens, etc.
• Configure registration desks with credentials.
• Verify and guide candidates, ensuring no prohibited items are carried.
• Maintain order and assist candidates during the exam.
• Report any issues or irregularities immediately.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• BASIC computer proficiency.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in an in-person setting, adhering to all necessary protocols to ensure a safe environment for candidates.
