Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Onboard, induct and orient new joiners into the organization, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including one-on-one connects, team-building activities and social events.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems, including quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings and annual appraisals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, handling queries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with corporate learning and development teams to design and deliver training programs.
  • Oversee facility management, including space planning, electrical and air conditioning maintenance, and fire safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with expertise in employee engagement, performance management and facility management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
