About the Role:
">- Geotechnical Engineers are sought to design, develop and oversee the execution of geotechnical investigations and data analysis to support infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Draft scope of work for field/lab testing agencies including borehole number, depth, and test types as per codes.
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve technical queries and suggest changes during site execution.
- Analyze and summarize borehole data to assist structural design and foundation decisions.
- Prepare detailed Geotechnical Interpretation Reports including safe bearing capacity, pile capacity, soil spring constants, liquefaction analysis, and soil-structure interaction.
- Secure approval of reports from authorities, proof checkers, and other stakeholders.
- Review field tests like pile load tests and plate load tests.
- Support pre-bid engineering and represent the firm in technical meetings.
Key Requirements:
">- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigation/reporting.
- Strong civil engineering fundamentals and site coordination skills.
- Proficient in preparing design summaries and technical documentation.
- Effective communicator and team player.
