Strategic AI Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled AI leader to join our team as a Strategic AI Leader.

  • This role will involve leading the development of AI solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, including programs such as Omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, Patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging AI, MLOps and Cloud engineering from India.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading AI projects and will be able to deliver high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive AI initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage a team of data scientists and collaborate with cloud engineers, designers, and domain consultants to execute task and project deliverables.
  • Participate in daily account calls and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Drive proposal development and client presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years proven track record of success in leading AI projects.
  • Cloud Engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including delivery oversight and resource management.
