Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Jira administrator to manage and configure our Jira environment.

This role involves setting up and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira administration, user account management, and integration with tools like PowerBI, Python, and Jenkins.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage issue types, screens, and field configurations
  • Implement and maintain custom workflows tailored to project needs
  • Track and manage review cycles using Jira for various stages such as Supervisor Review, SME Review, DRA Review, and Author Rework
  • Configure automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates
  • Use scripting tools and plugins to enhance Jira functionality

Skills Required:

  • PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams, M365 Suites of Products, Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, Jira Service Desk, Agile (Value-Driven Delivery)
