Business Finance Manager

A key role in our organisation requires a deep understanding of business finance and strategic decision-making. We are looking for an expert who can drive financial insights and support key decision-making across the company.

This high-impact role combines technical financial acumen with a customer-focused mindset. You will develop management reports, analyse pricing strategies, and provide leadership with deep insights on actual performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining management reports covering financial flows, revenue, expenses, etc., and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analysing and optimising pricing strategies to maximise profitability and market competitiveness in alignment with business objectives.
  • Providing leadership with deep insights on actual performance, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Driving visibility into financial performance; identifying and implementing gap-closing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of work experience, including experience in business finance/financial planning and analysis.
  • Industry experience: Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deliver independently with limited supervision, and the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively.
