  • Oversee the resolution of technical issues reported by customer teams.", "
  • Develop and deliver solutions to fix customer issues that require development efforts.", "
  • Liaise between customer-facing teams and Product and Engineering organizations for the management and resolution of all technical questions and issues.", "
  • Maintain detailed documentation ranging from knowledge base articles to live logging of incidents for post-mortems.", "
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) obligations with internal and external stakeholders are observed and met; escalate as necessary using judgment and discretion.", "
  • Develop a deep understanding of the application platform across all product lines and clearly articulate support decisions and findings.", "
  • Work closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product features, changes, and issues.", "

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience in Java, Spring, or .NET technologies.", "
  • Strong SQL programming skills on Oracle or SQL Server 2008 and above.", "
  • Automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or batch.", "
  • Experience in any cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).", "
  • Experience in platform migration of applications including hardware, software, and database upgrades.", "
  • Manage IT Security incidents that may occur in the application.", "
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes.", "
  • Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions.", "
  • Effective communication and influencing project stakeholders, team members.", "
