Lead Intercompany Team Member

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Intercompany Accounting to oversee our IC processes and manage a team of 3-4 members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end IC process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Review and approve IC transactions, including billing for US entity transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances and ensure accuracy in BS reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business knowledge and efficiency.
  • Establish effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and report on metrics to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of IC processes and SOPs.
Requirements:
  • CA with 8+ years of experience in Finance Controllership, Consolidations, and Inter-Company Accounting.
  • Deep understanding of Consolidations accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proven experience in handling Inter company accounting, IC ledger reviews, and reconciliations.
  • Month-end close experience is required.
  • Transformation projects experience is a plus.
  • Team handling experience is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Multiple ERP systems knowledge (SAP & QAD).
  • Consolidation Platform Experience (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Tagetik, Trintech).
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Blackline experience is a plus.
