We're looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst 2 - Project Controlling to join our Global Finance Centre in this exciting role

Your Role

You will be responsible for providing key financial data and insights to support the financial health and transparency of our R&D programs. This will involve working closely with teams across the business, ensuring program accounting aligns with company guidelines, and analyzing execution performance to propose action plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the controlling and financial reporting of programs in accordance with internal control rules
  • Organize program reviews from start to end
  • Ensure program consistency with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze execution performance and propose action plans
  • Support the implementation of new methods and tools for program management
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Work Package Controllers, as needed

  • A Master's degree in Finance or equivalent (CA/CMA)
  • Experience or understanding of FP&A/Corporate finance
  • Knowledge of long-term project accounting
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations
