We seek a skilled UX Designer with extensive experience in crafting user interfaces for web and mobile applications to join our rapidly growing team across regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing responsive user interfaces for internal and external banking websites, native mobile applications, and financial apps.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition to release and maintenance.
  • Breaking complex design problems down into manageable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, trends, and innovations in mobile design.
  • Creating visual design assets such as website banners, event materials, marketing brochures, and corporate branding collateral.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design principles and industry-leading design systems.
  • Expert-level skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Experience Design, and Visual Studio.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding materials.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
