Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Lead to spearhead the creation of innovative, user-centered designs that elevate our brand.

  • This role involves leading a team of designers in developing cutting-edge UI/UX solutions for our B2C products.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment on design goals and objectives.
  3. User-Centered Design: Develop intuitive, user-friendly designs through research, competitor analysis, and technical constraint considerations.
  4. Design Creation: Create high-fidelity designs, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts.
  5. Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and design standards to maintain best practices.
  6. UI/UX Audits & Testing: Conduct regular audits and user testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing designs.
  7. Simplify Complex Processes: Transform complex processes into elegant, user-friendly experiences that enhance usability.
  8. Maintain Design Systems: Establish and manage comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency across all designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
