Job Description

As a senior software architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess 8 years of experience in developing complex software applications using Java J2EE, Design Patterns, and Open-Source frameworks, with solid expertise on Spring, SpringBoot, and other Spring ecosystem technologies.

You will oversee the design process for software products, develop and test software to ensure it meets the needs of our clients, and participate in code reviews to enforce standard practices within the team.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to debug and improve products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in the software development lifecycle from design to implementation
  • Work with other developers and architects on improvements to our software development processes
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and improve software products
  • Facilitate new software implementation in an Agile environment
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the team
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in developing Java J2EE, Design Patterns, and Open-Source frameworks
  • Solid expertise on Spring, SpringBoot, and other Spring ecosystem technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS or cloud technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with relational databases and PL SQL
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and test-driven development
  • Proven experience building highly scalable web applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Implementation experience including unit testing
  • Familiar with application architecture, three-tier architecture, and design patterns
  • A background in software development, computer science, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and technical influencing skills
