About Our Team

We are seeking talented professionals to join our 3rd party collections process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in international business process outsourcing voice processes, particularly those who have worked in collections or customer support.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls for collections while adhering to client and company policies. You will also follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional and persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all types of calls for collections in line with client and company guidelines
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers on overdue accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an international BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer service)
  • Excellent spoken English skills with a neutral or US/UK accent
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
