Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and configuration of software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADAS technologies and experience in managing large-scale automotive programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end ADAS programs, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple vehicle platforms.
  • System Engineering: Define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies for ADAS features such as lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance.
  • Sensor Fusion & Perception: Oversee development of algorithms for sensor fusion using radar, LiDAR, and camera systems.
  • Validation & Testing: Lead simulation and real-world testing efforts using NVIDIA Omniverse Replicator and Drive Sim.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to automotive safety standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
  • Cloud & V2X Integration: Support development of cloud-based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, AUTOSAR, and NVIDIA DRIVE SDK.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale automotive programs.
  • Familiarity with safety-critical systems and functional safety standards.
