Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Manager to lead our training programs and ensure they align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training programs for the HCC team.
  • Develop training initiatives that align with industry trends and keep content updated with the latest HCC/ICD coding standards.
  • Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring Managers and AMs, guiding them to drive performance excellence within the training function.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring trainers and process coaches are well-equipped to meet organizational goals.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs, ensuring all programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Act as the key liaison between the training department and leadership, ensuring seamless communication of goals, outcomes, and challenges.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop and implement robust performance tracking mechanisms that monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Track key performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers, driving high performance and achieving training objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding Certification – AAPC/AHIMA
  • Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing a team of managers, trainers, or quality leaders in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
